Large international firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate for its San Diego office. The Labor & Employment associate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience. Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills and the ability to work as part of a team are required. Candidates should also have experience in labor and employment litigation with some deposition, trial or agency experience. Traditional (NLRB) experience preferred but not required.
