Very large, prestigious, Orange County law firm, representing business and municipal clients in all aspects of labor and employment relations, is seeking a Labor/Employment Litigation Attorney with 4 to 6 years of experience. Successful candidate will have large law firm experience and be licensed before the Patent & Trademark Office, who possess a technical background and expertise in areas such as physics, chemistry, molecular biology, computer science, and electrical engineering.experience along with lots of trial experience. You will prosecute and defend all manner of intellectual property disputes, including those relating to patents, trademarks, copyrights, licensing agreements, trade secrets, and other forms of proprietary information.
